Nucleoside Triphosphates

Inalco, long recognized as a leading producer of carbohydrates and carbohydrate derivatives, has expanded its product line with the addition of a select group of nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs, dNTPs and ddNTPs) for applications in PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, DNA footprinting, and more. We are offering these products as an aqueous solution at a concentration of 100mM and a pH of 7.5, but solid forms are also available upon request.

Produced from a patented enzymatic process, these ultra pure nucleotides are free of inhibiting contaminants, such as pyrophosphates, tetraphosphates and modified bases known to interfere with chain assembly.

These ultrapure nucleotides (NTPs, dNTPs and ddNTPs) are all guaranteed to be >98% pure by HPLC. The ultra pure dNTPs are ideally suited for routine PCR (e.g. 100bp fragments), and for amplification of very long fragments (e.g. 30 kb). The ultra high purity and lack of inhibiting contaminants will improve the consistency and reliability of your reactions.
